Losing Formatting When I Cut and Paste from Excel

I am a high school golf coach.
I have kept stats on my webpage for ten years. I started on Frontpage (because our school offered it), then switched over to Expression Web when I could no longer use Frontpage.
I know NOTHING about web design.
In fact, it makes most people cringe to see how I just cut and paste Excel cells into my webpage.
But hey, it works for me.
My questions is --- for ten years, I just would cut and paste my cells into my spreadsheet. Like this:
But starting this weekend, when I cut and paste something in -- I lose all formatting. WHEN I can find the little icon and click on "Keep Source Formatting" I can insert it the way that I need to. But I can't imagine having to do this step every time to try to get my cut and paste to work properly. (I update my stats every night of the season. (I fact, I can't find that little clipboard most of the time.)
Can anyone tell me what I did to my page in the last week that causes me to lose my formatting every time I paste something onto my page? Thanks for much for the help!
