Yes i have been playing with it since march but as is the case i have to sign an NDA which is basically a promise to say nothing abouty the product or trial. But now the cat is out of the bag, we can freely discuss.
http://blogs.msdn.com/xweb/

The version i had been working with (now expired) was almost skelatal in that it was far from finished but just enough detail to get a feel for it.

There are changes and some of the layouts, menus are slightly different but the added buzzers and bells will no doubt add to our tools and our knowledge.

Is it an essential upgrade? No. But its nice to have the latest bits of kit and i am sure it will be well accepted. Ironically, it is new users that generally have new programmes first, we old timers have either v1 or v2 and are not always ready with the cash for the next latest greatest version wheras a new user will not know better and just buy into the latest version. Rest assured as soon as the product is released, i will have a copy and start showing some basic tutorials.

Hopefully our Microsoft friends will turn out some sort of upgrade offer. They have been very generous with the first 2 versions.

So come the summer, we can get our teeth into this learn fast and look forward to v4! :-]

Regards

JIM
