Bonjour,

I have just completely redone my index page using my recently acquired CSS skills!!
Problem is that I have just uploaded it. It is fine in IE, except, of course, for CSS rounded corners, chrome I do not know yet as it always takes an age to change.  But the big problem is firefox.  The page looks great in preview but, after the upload, it is all over the place on the remote site but still looks fine in preview.  The page is www.closdesguyons.com.
Any help greatfully accepted - again!!

Merci
Angevin

Bonjour again,

Just a bit more info; I have just noticed that on my remote web the right_col has drifted into the centre_div.  Both look OK in preview and I can't see anything that is different and its still rendering OK in IE.  Any ideas greatfully accepted.

Merci

Salut,
Panic over. I had put no width on the container.  I put it at 950px. et voila.  Still can't understand why it looks ok in preview though!
Sorry to bother anyone.

Thanks very much,
err-If you don't mind, I do have just one question.
If you could find the time to have a look at www.closdesguyons.com. you'll see all the css buttons to the left.
Is there a way of using the "open browser window behavior" on just one <li> instead of it applying itself to the whole list so that, for example, the "about us" link acts like a link to a pop-up.

<li onmouseover="FP_openNewWindow('200', '200', false, false, false, false, false, false, 'popup', /*href*/'yourpagehere')">
</li>

This was done by clicking on the li and using the behaviors taskpane to insert the behavior.  If you are referring to the little yellow tags that come up when you mouseover, these are created when you add screentips or title info to a hyperlink

Thanks very much,
It works very well.  Just one little problem!
I can't get the cursor to change to hand. Here is the code, if you can spot anything I would be grateful.  I have tried 'popup' as the id.
<li onclick="FP_openNewWindow('400', '600', false, false, true, false, true, true, 'popup', /*href*/'About us.htm')"
id="id1" onmouseout="FP_changePropRestore()"
onmouseover="FP_changeProp(/*id*/'popup',1,'style.cursor','hand')">

Have you cleared your browser cache? and then closed the browser, then opened the page again?

Bonjour,

Thanks for your reply.
It seems that the "hand" style actually does not seem to exist whilst "pointer" is in fact the hand!
This is the code now and it works fine except for firefox I can't seem to discover why - any ideas?!

onclick="FP_playSound(/*url*/'BD00313_.mid');"
onmouseover="FP_changeProp(/*music*/'img1',1,'style.cursor','pointer')"
src="pics_index/music.png" style="height: 30px; width: 28px" /><b>Music</b></p>

Thanks for the ongoing help

Try removing this:

 ,'pointer'

FF default is the hand
